Home Appliance Highlights at IFA 2011

The home appliance sector, now represented for the fourth time in Berlin, has become a regular component of IFA. Its innovative lifestyle products are easy to use and provide enhanced wellness and health in the home. The new product generations are notable for their use of intelligent technology, while some are linked to the internet or offer smart grid solutions as well as having very simple controls. Other features which are now taken for granted are outstanding design and their extremely efficient use of energy and water. The constantly reduced consumption of today’s home appliances has not been accompanied by any compromises in performance or ease of operation.
